We deliver your parcel within 3–4 working days. As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation contains a tracking number that you can use to find out where your package is.

Returns
We offer returns within 7 days. All you have to do is fill out the return slip that you received in your package and stick the prepaid label on the package.
Please note that it can take 1 weeks for us to process your return. We will do our best to complete this process as soon as possible.

Things To Consider

• The customers are requested to check the size chart before placing the order.
• The color of the product(s) may vary as per the customer's screen resolution.
• If the customer receives a torn parcel/unrelated product(s)/empty parcel, they are requested to raise a query within 48 hours of delivery. For a safer side, we suggest our customers to create an unboxing video of the parcel too.and send it to us at support@dpassion.com or whatsapp at 8010414441
